Dooby Design Group is a full service event design studio which creates chic one of a kind events; based on your style and personality. We work with clients all over United States to conceptualize and create custom event designs. By inquiring about your history, personal style, taste, and preferences, we’ll help translate your ideas into a unique event that reflects you.

Owner and founder, Aisha Holly, started Dooby Design Group in 2007. Aisha grew up in Brooklyn, New York and moved back to her hometown of Michigan in 2003. Her love for design comes from the years she spent at Fashion Industries in New York City, as well as her late mother who created gorgeous art in her spare time.The name "Dooby" was the nickname they called her mom as a child, which inspired the name of her company. Aisha finds inspiration in everything around her, whether an interior space, intricate pattern, architectural detail or a runway look; she's constantly translating everyday elements into concepts for her events. She has a passion for unique events, inspiring design, appetizing type, lovely paper, luxurious flowers, and all things fabulous. Aisha believes outstanding design makes every celebration an event to remember.

Event Design & Styling.

When you hire Dooby Design Group as your event designer and stylist we work together to create your design concept and vision, we’ll build a Design Board that becomes a source of inspiration for every element of your event. The Design Board represents the look and feel of your event, and we refer to it for every aspect of the design. A cohesive design plan, color palette, fabric swatches and coordinating décor elements are determined. While remaining true to your Design Board, we also work in part with reputable vendors to best execute the overall vision for your event. We oversee and manage all day-of décor set-up, installation and tear-down. Event Design & Styling fees start at $1000.00 depending on the scope of the event.

Sweet.

We create one of a kind sweets table that compliment the overall aesthetics of your entire event. Rather a baby shower, bridal shower or wedding we can design a work of art that will sure to impress your guests. Our sweets tables start out at $6.00 per person, which include 6-8 varieties of sweets, favor bags with custom labels, candy id labels, custom table linen, table design, set-up and tear-down.

Paper.

We have a line of ready-to-order invitation suites that can be customized to reflect your individual wishes and event details. The suites are $6.50 per set which include a main invitation, two inserts and corresponding rsvp and outer envelope. The turnaround time is 14-21 days after we receive final approval.

In addition to our stunning invitation suites, we can design coordinating pieces, including ceremony programs, menus, place cards, escort cards and thank you notes.

Rachel A. Clingen is a wedding and event design firm founded in 1992 and bears the name of the creative director in the husband and wife team of Rachel and David Clingen with their creative studios in Thornhill and Caledon, Ontario. The team at Rachel A. Clingen have been leaders in the wedding and event industry for more than 18 years. All services are provided 'in house' for a less complicated design experience and to ease the stress of multiple vendors. Our full wedding decor services include floral design, backdrops, chair covers, linens, draping and a comprehensive line of trendsetting props.
Rachel & David Clingen	Rachel brings her acute sense of visual aesthetics and her passion for colour, form, and texture to every assignment. She has the uncanny ability to visualize a transformation in any room and make it happen regardless of the design challenge. David, is the technical backbone of the team with his 20 years of experience in event production and tent rental businesses. He ensures smooth operations with setup, logistics, and equipment at various sites managing the critical details so that everything comes together on time and on budget. This dynamic duo along with their dedicated team has performed dramatic transformations of interior environments all over Ontario. Their combined complimentary skills are matched by their exceptional personal care and customer service.
