- 50 g (2oz) wholemeal bread
- 15 g (½ oz) chopped hazelnut
- 50 g (2oz) Philadelphia Light with Chives
- 238 g pack mini chicken breast fillets (approx. 8)
- 25 g (1oz) sweet chilli sauce
- a few salad leaves
Instructions
Place the bread into a processor and make into fine breadcrumbs, add the nuts and process again to mix together. |
Spread the Philadelphia evenly over the surface of the chicken and then coat well with the breadcrumb mixture. |
Place onto a lightly oiled baking tray and cook in a preheated oven, Gas Mark 6, 200 C for approx 15- 20 minutes until golden and chicken firm to the touch. |
Serve with the sweet chilli sauce and the salad |
