Ingredients
  • 50 g (2oz) wholemeal bread
  • 15 g (½ oz) chopped hazelnut
  • 50 g (2oz) Philadelphia Light with Chives
  • 238 g pack mini chicken breast fillets (approx. 8)
  • 25 g (1oz) sweet chilli sauce
  • a few salad leaves

Instructions

Place the bread into a processor and make into fine breadcrumbs, add the nuts and process again to mix together.
Spread the Philadelphia evenly over the surface of the chicken and then coat well with the breadcrumb mixture.
Place onto a lightly oiled baking tray and cook in a preheated oven, Gas Mark 6, 200 C for approx 15- 20 minutes until golden and chicken firm to the touch.
Serve with the sweet chilli sauce and the salad
